How to Use

• Soak: Hydrate the ice wraps until each cell is plump with water. This should take roughly 30-40 seconds
• Freeze: Put the hydrated ice wraps in the freezer and wait for them to fully freeze
• Use: Use in coolers, lunch boxes and around beverages. Also effective on injuries or cold muscle therapy
• Reuse: Put back in the freezer and get ready for your next use!

Care Instructions

• Hydrate with water
• Store in freezer until ready to use
• Place back in freezer for next use
• In the event of accidental puncture, cut around and discard the impacted cell
